Triiiple
The former main customs office had to make way for a real estate project that was to set new standards in the federal capital. The overbuilding of Erdberger Lände closes the gap to the Danube Canal and turns the Triiiple into a real waterfront project. The location between the city, the local recreation area Prater and the ideal connection to the superordinate transport network could hardly be better. In close coordination with the City of Vienna, we succeeded in making this city-shaping prestige project with over 1,000 apartments possible in a rezoning process lasting several years.
Danube Flats
Austria – a unique challenge. The 160-meter-high residential tower is an architectural and technical masterpiece that could only be realized through the cooperation of a large number of specialists. The project stands for living with an international, cosmopolitan flair and comprises around 800 apartments. Partly spectacular views, an outdoor pool with sun deck and many other extras define the high living standard of this residential complex.

Kayser
A distinguished residential project in a remarkably good location in Vienna’s first district. Modern design and hand-picked furnishings were the focus of the special living concept behind Kayser from the very beginning. The architecture of the exclusive building offers dreamlike views, but at the same time provides residents with a sense of privacy and comfort.
Luxurious amenities such as a doorman who greets residents at the entrance and assists them as a concierge are reminiscent of elite residential buildings in the centers of New York or London.
Argento
The heart of this project was the comprehensive modernization of a former school in one of Vienna’s best residential areas – the Wieden. The old building was supplemented by three newly built structures – with a great deal of sensitivity, an ensemble was created that makes ideal use of the space well into the residential block, creating very quiet, screened-off outdoor areas between the individual structures. A harmonious combination of historical and modern architecture that focuses on a high quality of life and the comfort of the residents.

Das Hamerling
The modernization of the former K.u.K. Military Geographical Institute, special sensitivity was required. The original charm of the building and the numerous architectural details of the historic structure were to be preserved and combined with modern technology. The adjacent Hamerlingpark makes this property a jewel of the Viennese real estate landscape. More than 10,000 m² of usable space provide room for high-quality apartments and the upscale Josefstadt senior residence.
Vienna Biocenter 3
The Vienna Biocenter is home to a variety of academic and industrial research institutions and companies – several, major scientific achievements of recent years have originated here. Vienna Biocenter 3 is a high-tech laboratory building that includes the headquarters of the vaccine company Valneva. The building’s prestigious architecture is primarily defined by its staggered, elongated window surfaces and central glass front. The Vienna Biocenter 3 is the first completely privately financed component of the Biocenter Campus.
