Alois Aigner
Managing Partner
Alois is co-founder and managing partner of Limestone Holding GmbH. His passion is complex development tasks that go far beyond the classical boundaries. Especially large-scale projects, such as the development of entire city districts, are interesting challenges for the veteran. Through his intensive cooperation with decision-makers, he has been able to build up a strong network in recent years.
As managing director in ARE GmbH and other well-known Austrian property development companies, the trained spatial planner and real estate economist was responsible for the development of large-volume, multifunctional real estate projects.
Alois is the founder of AIGNER Projektentwicklungs GmbH, where he develops large-scale projects for international developers such as SIGNA and SORAVIA.
Michael Fröhlich
Managing Partner
Michael is co-founder and Managing Partner of the LIMESTONE Group. With his extensive experience in private equity and real estate investment, he is a competent contact person for our clients.
His work as Industry Partner at Motive Partners in New York and later as Founder and CEO of the LucSien Group, has earned him tremendous renown for his goal-oriented thinking. Michael brings together international talent and knows no compromise when it comes to his clients.
Previously, Michael spent 25 years in senior partner roles at Accenture and Capco, responsible for developing business with global financial services firms such as Morgan Stanley, Credit Suisse, Bradesco, Commerzbank and Deutsche Bank.
Nicole Daniel
Design Director
Nicole is the Design Director of the LIMESTONE Group. With her many years of experience in marketing and design, but above all her sense of aesthetics and elegance, she shapes the design side of our work. She is the most important interface between us and the responsible architects. Her extensive network in the field of interior and exterior architecture is indispensable in the adequate realization of our vision.
Nicole oversees the conceptualization of effective brand campaigns and sets key objectives for the strategic development of branding for Limestone and our projects.
Her work in leadership positions in areas such as marketing, public relations and program management for companies like KTM, Red Bull and REWE has shaped her and further developed her expertise in these areas.
