We are at an altitude of about 1400 meters above sea level – the air is cold, clear and fresh. This is where the Alpen Resort Hutterer stands – the elongated shape of the imposing building looks like a soaring eagle. This shape is also one of the main sources of inspiration for the redesign of the house.
In its new life, the Hutterer stands for a more exclusive and sustainable kind of tourism. An approach that should not only lay the foundation for the success of the house, but also provide significant added value to the entire region for years to come. As a lighthouse project, we are already showing the direction in which the alpine tourism of tomorrow will develop.

The sensitive integration of the revitalized hotel into its surroundings was particularly close to our hearts. The main building and the loosely distributed suites with plenty of privacy blend harmoniously into the mountain landscape.
Anyone strolling past the ensemble or looking at it from a distance might be reminded of a tranquil alpine village. A connection that is quite intentional, which is why we placed a clear emphasis on natural materials such as wood and stone in the redesign of the house and used a design language borrowed from alpine culture. The goal was to ensure a high level of luxury and comfort while still emphasizing the effect of nature all around.
